IMPORTANT CHANGE STARTING WITH THE 2009 - 2010 SEASON - All coaches will need a minimum of the Coach Stream course by December 15th.  Reminder, all on-ice participants including instructors, coaches and assistants must wear a CSA approved properly fastened helmet for all sanctioned on-ice sessions, including clinics. This is also now mandatory by Hockey New Brunswick.

IT IS MANDATORY TO COMPLETE THIS FORM IN FULL – All individuals wishing to coach (head or assist) with a team within KVMHA must have this application submitted by August 4, 2009 to be reviewed by the Coach Selection Committee.  Applications received after August 4th will be considered if a coaching position is still available.
